As our company leader, he is driving our business strategy, organizational development, and business partner ecosystem to continually exceed the expectations of our global customers.

With high technology and software industry leadership experience spanning more than 25 years, Mark has successfully built and grown companies in emerging markets. As CEO of MatrixOne, Mark led the company to a market leadership position in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) market through a cross-industry and global expansion strategy that took the company to $145M in revenues, more than 850 customers, an Initial Public Offering (IPO), and subsequent acquisition by Dassault Systems. Prior to MatrixOne, Mark was President of Adra Systems, and previous to that, he held leadership roles in Finance, Operations, and Marketing at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Shabbir DahodChairman and Founder

Shabbir collaborates with industry leaders to uncover new business opportunities and drive consensus on the development of business models and industry standards that deliver tangible long term value for companies across the life sciences value chain. Through his vision of a collaborative information network providing precise and timely product, transaction, and demand visibility, Shabbir seeks to help companies increase patient safety and maximize revenue. His blueprint for a safe and secure trade ecosystem based on pedigree value chain master data helps drive a unified product strategy and partner ecosystem.

A 20-year enterprise software veteran, Shabbir led the vision for transforming the pharmaceutical industry through an industry-wide standard approach to combat counterfeiting and diversion threats. He has partnered with pharmaceutical and biotech companies, wholesalers, pharmacies, and organizations such as the MIT Auto-ID Lab on creating approaches to secure the supply chain and thereby improve patient safety. Shabbir was a senior executive in the Paul Allen group of companies, has obtained several patents and was a senior leader at Microsoft.

Robin KohChief Strategy Officer

Robin counsels customers to help them identify vulnerabilities in the drug supply chain, creates strategies to make the distribution system more secure while improving business performance. He advises customers, researchers and governments on the activities required to deploy Auto-ID based product authentication and supply chain integrity and helps map out strategy road maps and migration plans. Robin defined the Pharma industry's mental model for Safe and Secure Supply Chain, and he identified the serialization approach now being adopted in the global Pharma industry.

A 20-year value chain veteran, Robin led supply chain initiatives in Asia, Europe and the US at Pepsi-Cola, Arrow Electronics, General Motors and Hewlett-Packard. In Asia, he was one of the first to enter the field of Supply Chain Management in the 80s. He was instrumental in creating one of the first 3PLs in China in the mid 90s and was a pioneer in recognizing the utility of RFID and mass serialization to the supply chain in 2000. He is recognized as one of the first in the world to identify the ability of Auto-ID technology to bolster the safety and security of products in pharmaceutical distribution. As Director of Applications Research at MIT's Auto-ID Lab, Robin led MIT's groundbreaking work with the FDA for three years and spearheaded MIT's collaboration with the Pharma industry to develop solutions that work in today's intricate supply chain.

Gary VilchickSVP Corporate Development, CFO

Gary develops strategic relationships that leverage SupplyScape's industry leadership and enable customers to realize attractive returns on their investments to protect patients through supply chain security. As CFO, Gary works with customers to ensure that business objectives are mutually aligned with achieving long-term successful relationships.

As an executive with more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, Gary brings significant corporate development and financial experience to SupplyScape. As CFO of Endeca, he played a key role in building the company into one of countries fastest growing venture backed technology companies. Prior to Endeca, Gary was CFO at Spyglass, the original Internet browser technology and one of the earliest publicly traded Internet companies. At Spyglass, he managed the $1.2 billion acquisition of the company by Open TV. Prior to Spyglass, Gary held several financial management positions at Pitney Bowes, including VP of Finance for a $400M software division.

Peter SpellmanSVP Products and Software as a Service

Peter confers with customers to understand their needs and conceive of technology solutions that move beyond compliance to deliver maximum business value. Peter delivers ground-breaking innovations in supply chain security and data visibility which significantly improve patient safety and address the data security requirements of the pharmaceutical supply chain industry.

An industry leader for 17 years in highly scalable, mission critical applications, Peter led secure distributed collaboration innovations at The MITRE Corporation serving intelligence and military organizations, and designed next-generation collaboration infrastructures at Microsoft. Working with tier-one manufacturers, wholesalers and retail pharmacies to understand their business needs, he designed the approach for electronic pedigrees and led the development of the world's first electronic pedigree solution. He architected the RFID EPC authentication service now used throughout the Pharma supply chain.

Lori WebberSVP Chief Marketing Officer

Lori works with customers, partners and industry leaders to expand SupplyScape’s brand and global presence. As CMO, Lori is responsible for developing and communicating SupplyScape’s vision and strategy and bringing new and innovative products to market that support the business needs and challenges of its customers. 

A 20 year technology marketing veteran, Lori has an extensive background in application of technology to meet customer requirements. She was vice president of Americas marketing and communications at Dassault Systemès, a global supplier of 3D and product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions. Prior to Dassault Systemès, Lori was vice president of global marketing at MatrixOne, an industry leader in PLM products and solutions. She also served as the director of worldwide strategic marketing at Vicor, an industry leader in the manufacture of high-density power systems, and previous to that, she held leadership roles in finance, product management and marketing at Digital Equipment Corporation.  

Graham ClarkVP Business Development

Graham works collaboratively with customers and industry partners to define and develop solutions that facilitate the functionality and availability of a safe and secure pharmaceutical supply chain. Starting with a detailed analysis of the customer requirement, he aligns the skills and capabilities of the SupplyScape team with those of industry organizations, consultants and technology providers to create business alignment and deliver 'complete solutions' into the market.

A 25-year worldwide computer industry veteran, Graham has an extensive background featuring leadership roles at some of the nation's best-recognized organizations, including Microsoft Corporation and IBM. As Director of Industry Marketing he drove Microsoft's vertical market strategy and later, as General Manager of .NET Business Development, he led the organization responsible for Microsoft's worldwide partner ecosystem and relationships with the worldwide software development community. Most recently, Graham served as VP of business development and industry solutions at Cyclone Commerce, where he architected and drove the company's vision to host pharmaceutical solutions, enter the fee-for-service market and partner with HP to generate new customers. In addition, Graham held the position of CEO at both Partnering Strategies and Baport Technologies.

Jeff DurandVP Professional Services

Jeff is responsible for ensuring each of SupplyScape's customers is highly satisfied with their solution and the services provided. Under Jeff's management, the Professional Services organization delivers design, configuration, customization, training, and support services for SupplyScape's customers implementing global serialization and supply chain ROI initiatives. 

Jeff has over twenty years of experience working with customers to implement enterprise systems in the life sciences, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, and telecommunications industries. He has directed international teams and provided guidance and counsel to organizations struggling with the challenges of deploying large- scale IT solutions.  

Prior to his technology industry experience, Jeff was selected for the Navy's nuclear power program after graduating from the US Naval Academy, and served on USS Michigan and at the Pentagon.
