Jack CooperPresident and CEO, JM Cooper & Associates
Former CIO, Bristol-Myers Squibb

Jack Cooper, Chairman of the SupplyScape Board of Advisors, is President of JMCooper & Associates, an information technology consulting firm that specializes in designing and implementing value and supply chain management systems that exploit Internet technologies for competitive advantage.

Prior to founding JMCooper & Associates, Jack was Corporate Vice president and CIO for Bristol-Myers Squibb. In this position, he implemented large-scale, enterprise-wide, Web-based supply chain and knowledge management systems that increased productivity by billions of dollars. In addition, Jack has served on the CEO's Strategic Issues Committee and as Chairman of the Information Management Executive Council.

Earlier, Jack served for several years as Corporate Vice President and CIO, and as a member of the Executive Committee at the Seagram Company. He previously spent ten years at the CSX Corporation, a worldwide transportation company, where he became President and CEO of CSX Technology.

His academic and governmental experiences include ten years Vice President of Information Technology at the University of South Carolina, Associate Professor in Management at the University of Missouri and visiting Professor in the Graduate School of Business Administration at Fordham University, the Graduate School of Engineering at Southern Methodist University and Kellogg Institute at Northwestern University.

Jack DeAlmoFormer VP Inventory Management & Merchandise Operations, CVS
Former Tri-Chairman, EPCglobal Healthcare and Life Science Working Group

Jack DeAlmo is the former Vice President of Inventory and Merchandise Operations for CVS Corporation. He's seen the ways in which pharmacies can partner with pharmaceutical companies to profitably deliver better health care. He brings vital perspective and expertise in retail chain pharmacy operations, supply chain, and drug distribution security from his 27-year leadership at CVS, then the nation's largest retail drug store chain.

Jack held key positions at CVS in store operations, field operations, loss prevention, supply chain management, and information systems. In addition, he drove adoption of new technologies to improve operational efficiencies including the company's first replenishment system and its first point of sale system. He was the primary executive in charge of CVS's adoption of EPC/RFID.

Jack drove the pace of adoption of RFID at EPCglobal through his role as tri-chair of the EPCglobal Healthcare Life Science (HLS) working group. He brings to SupplyScape a broad understanding of industry plans to adopt RFID for pharmaceutical distribution. Under his leadership from its inception until he retired in late 2005, the EPCglobal HLS group expanded the use of RFID technology within the pharmaceutical and health care supply chain. Jack also served on the M.I.T. Auto-ID Center's Board of Overseers.

Bill HubbardRetired FDA Senior Associate Commissioner for Policy & Planning

Bill Hubbard is the Retired FDA Senior Associate Commissioner for Policy and Planning. Bill brings extensive knowledge of governmental programs, having served a distinguished career at the FDA and the Department of Health and Human Services.

During his 14-year tenure at the FDA, Mr. Hubbard made substantial contributions in public health. He was a leader in the design of the nutrition labels now found on all food packages as well as the redesign of over-the-counter drug labels. He also originated the Prescription Drug User Fee Act. Bill was often called to Capitol Hill to educate government officials on America's health care policies. Recently, Bill spearheaded programs to inhibit counterfeits from entering the legitimate drug supply.

Bill has achieved numerous accolades throughout his career, including the Department's Distinguished Service Award (four times), the FDA's Award of Merit (four times), a presidential citation in 1997, and the Presidential Meritorious Rank Award in 1998 and 2005.

Paul RudolfFormer FDA Senior Policy Analyst for Medical Affairs

Paul Rudolf, MD, JD, is the Former FDA Senior Policy Analyst for Medical Affairs, and is best known as a visionary who developed policy for the two most important payment systems in healthcare today. As medical officer at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, he led the development and implementation of Medicare payment and coding policies for physicians, hospitals, and other health-care providers.

More recently, Dr. Rudolf led the FDA's initiative to fight fake and adulterated drugs. Co-author of the FDA's Combating Counterfeit Drugs report, Paul outlined the federal government's vision and worked with industry to implement the Agency's recommendations for securing America's drug supply from counterfeit, diverted and adulterated drugs.

Paul currently practices health care law at Arent Fox and advises pharmaceutical companies and their trading partners on drug supply chain security.

Peggy StaverDirector, Trade Product Integrity, US Trade Group
Pfizer

Peggy Staver is the Director of Trade Product Integrity within the Pfizer Pharmaceutical U.S. Trade Group. She has responsibility for developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient safety and further secure the U.S. pharmaceutical supply chain.

Peggy has been involved with a number of industry initiatives, assessing the value of RFID technology in the prescription pharmaceutical market. She is actively engaged with Pfizer's RFID Viagra project and works closely with Pfizer's Global Security organization as it relates to investigations of suspected counterfeit or adulterated Pfizer products. Peggy has 25 years of experience in the industry in various disciplines, including finance, marketing, business planning, distribution and supply chain management.
